Return/ Refund Policy

We strive to ensure that every purchase and every product you make is correct. After this, if there is any defect in the product for any reason, such as if the ordered product does not go for delivery, there is an opportunity to return. In case of product is missing or a different product complaint, please understand your parcel delivery man and must capture an unboxing video. A product missing in the package, a product broken in the courier, or a product different is not acceptable without recording the unboxing video. So the product unboxing video must be recorded to prevent misunderstanding.

Items purchased from Fejmo are eligable for a refund within 7 to 10 working days of the purchase date. To eligable for a refund, items must me unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packing. but if customers find any quality issues with the product, they can exchange it with giving the delivery charges. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too. For any of such delay FEJMO will not be liable.

আমরা অর্থ ফেরত নিরুৎসাহিত করি, তবে গ্রাহকরা যদি পণ্যটির সাথে কোনও গুণমানের সমস্যা খুঁজে পান তবে তারা ডেলিভারি চার্জ দিয়ে এটি বিনিময় করতে পারেন। আমরা একবার আপনার রিটার্ন গ্রহণ এবং পরিদর্শন করার পরে আপনাকে অবহিত করব এবং ফেরত অনুমোদিত হয়েছে কিনা তা আপনাকে জানাব। অনুমোদিত হলে, আপনাকে আপনার আসল অর্থপ্রদানের পদ্ধতিতে স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে ফেরত দেওয়া হবে। অনুগ্রহ করে মনে রাখবেন আপনার ব্যাঙ্ক বা ক্রেডিট কার্ড কোম্পানিরও রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া করতে এবং পোস্ট করতে কিছু সময় লাগতে পারে। এই ধরনের বিলম্বের জন্য ফেজমো লিমিটেড দায়ী থাকবে না।
