1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving a successful after confirmation of payment procedure method . Orders are not processed or shipped on Fridays, government holidays, or other public holidays in Bangladesh.
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking details to update.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your products are delivered safely and on time. Delivery times vary depending on your location:
• Inside Dhaka:
o Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days.
• Outside Dhaka (Rest of Bangladesh):
o Standard Delivery: 5-10 business days.
Please note: The Ministry of Commerce's "Digital Commerce Operational Guide-2021" mandates a maximum delivery time of 5 days for deliveries within the same city and 10 days for deliveries to a different city after advance payment. We strive to meet and exceed these guidelines.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the weight/dimensions of your order. You will see the final shipping cost at the checkout before you complete your purchase.
• Inside Dhaka: A flat rate will be applied for standard delivery.
• Outside Dhaka: A different flat rate will be applied for standard delivery to districts outside the Dhaka metropolitan area.
We may occasionally offer promotions for free shipping on orders that meet a certain value. Any such offers will be clearly stated on our website.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email or SMS. This notification will include a tracking number that you can use to track your package's status online through the courier partner's website.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option for all orders within Bangladesh. For COD orders, the full payment must be made to the delivery agent upon receiving your package.
6. Shipping Restrictions & Special Conditions
• We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.
• Fejmo does not assume responsibility for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete before finalizing your order.
• In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political strikes, or public holidays, there may be delays in delivery. We will notify you of any such delays as soon as possible.
• We may be unable to deliver certain products to some remote or hard-to-reach areas. If this is the case, our customer service team will contact you to discuss an alternative solution or process a full refund.
7. Damages
If you receive a damaged package, please contact us immediately. We recommend taking photos of the damaged item and the packaging. We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or a full refund.
